[IRCA] Huge UNID Spanish sta on 1130 over WBBR

I'm getting a MONSTER signal on 1130 over WBBR in Spanish with Latino-type pops.  Missed the ID at 2200 EST due to a fade.  Anyone clues?  My Spanish is lousy anyway.  :)
