Can't help with the station list, but you might pass along this link:

It has some history on these stamps which suggests far more stations using 
them than your note mentions.  Also the price of $1.75 was for a collectors 
album, the stamps themselves, came as acknowledgement of receipt from the 
stations that participated.  There are also several references offered at 
this site.

This is in addition to the EKKO posting Lynn made earlier, which also has 
more on these stamps.
