Is that timeline right? They've been IDing as WIBF for at least the last year. The WKEN calls have been gone for quite a long time, IIRC. I just noticed the call change this morning, even if it does go back to October, although I admit I don't listen to the station much (they are the local pest on 1600). They run a lot of network programmking in the morning with some local religious programs in the evening and on weekends. For a while they IDed as WAMS but they shifted that call to the old WNRK-1260 station in Newark DE that runs the same programming as the Dover station. It's a confusing setup.

I gave a quick listen to WIBF-1600 in Dover DE th
is
morning (Dec 28)
and heard them ID as "WRJE". New call? They are still programming
black gospel music and ID as "Rejoice! Heaven 1600".
*** Call letters changed from WIBF to WKEN on 10/13/04 and then from
WKEN to WRJE on 9/28/05.
