*** I've used the equalizer and also the visual audio spectrum. The
spectrum enhancement wasn't worth it owing to the small size of the
display and resulting poor effect. The equalizer works well, however on
my system, which is a 600 mHz. machine which at the time was running
Win98 the CPU usage was more than I had expected - I really couldn't
play back and use it and expect to do much else on that PC. I haven't
re-tried it now that I'm under win2K but I wouldn't ecpect much
difference. Since I have software with better graphic displays ( most
notably Power Audio Editor 2005 Pro & Cool Edit 2000 ) and also have
better equalization with CE, I've not used it as heavily as I might
otherwise.
I haven't gone for the others, although I might at some point future.
