[IRCA] WAPI 1070 DX Test this morning

WAPI 1070 was in with excellent signal at 01:30 CST over WIBA and WTSO.  The
one minute segment followed immediately after a spot for Progressive Car
insurance.  Heard female voice ID, Morse Code, sweep tones.  Un-needed,
heard and verified back in the 1980's.  Maybe I am mistaken but thought I
read that this battery of tests would be with normal night power.  WAPI
signal sounded like full day power!  Will look for WJOX 690 tonight.
