*** John- The next time you hear CBC programming in English on 540, check 640 (CBN), 750 (CBGY), and 990 (CBY) also. At times they are all in parallel with CBC programming for Atlantic Canada. You will probably not hear any call letter IDs, but a few minutes after the top-of-hour news, you can hear local weather forecasts and possibly timechecks that are 1-1/2 hours ahead of EST.
