Imperfect as it may be, sometimes it is the only way a station will  
do any kind of a test at all. From that perspective, I congratulate  
Les for his creativity.

I am sure Les would welcome others on his committee to help set up  
tests. Would you like to help? This is a volunteer organization, you  
know...
