Any luck with your 1490 unID? I don't catch those two // eastern Oregon stations often enough to be positive about 'em. It would be a really nice catch from S.D.

Sounds like it could be XECL.  I'm pretty sure they do play music of this vintage.  They often play a distinctive 5-note jingle between songs.   73, Tim
