Mike,

You discription of the DX up your way reminds me very much of Seward AK
in the 60s. Funny though in comparing DX here on the OR Coast to Seward
AK, The Oregon Coast is better. But it is really hard to compare as I
did not have the antennas up there, or the knowlege in those days as a
teenager. The old adage of "I wish I knew then what I know now" really
holds true.
