Ah...but 1220 had the advantage of a clean shot, allocations-wise, out to 
the coast and over the water. For 1480 Concord to do the same, it would 
somehow have to make 1490 in Petaluma and possibly 1500 San Jose, 1460 
Santa Rosa and 1510 Piedmont go away, first. Still not absolutely 
impossible, but a much harder task.
