Mike,
Even though I lived in Alaska from 55-67 and handled zero to -35F, I
could not today. The cold really gets to me as I get older. The average
high on the OR coast is 65 in the Summer and 55 in the Winter and that
is about where I stand. Once it gets above 80 it is too hot for me and
below 45-50 is too cold. I guess a sign of getting older. hi. I still
have my place in Rancho Mirage CA and I may keep it and spend the
Winters there as I get older. I don't know right now. I have it rented
out.
Yes, I must admit that beverage I have had since 1984 does do well. I
may have to take part of it down next year or the year there after for a
while as the neighbors are replacing the old fencing. But I have been
told I can put it back.
One thing that has improved the directivity of the beverage has been
the new Coax switch I bought. It has great isolation and I am not
getting interacting between the switching like I was.
