[IRCA] JOUB 774 kHz weak audio

Hello,

 

JOUB 774 kHz  Japan with weak audio at 1020 UTC.  No other TP audio heard on MW.  No audio heard on Long-wave.  North Korea with music on 2850 kHz with an S-9 signal.  Morning of 12-05, VOA Thailand was in with weak signal.  Unid station on 648 kHz at 1350 UTC sounded like antenna pattern changed at 1400 UTC.  Maybe China?  A few nights ago JOUB was in at 11:30 PM PST.  Thought the next morning would be great for TP's, but turned out fair at best.
