[IRCA] 1390 Salem Oregon

I have a nemesis now.
According to the IRCA contest rules, I need to hear a call letter ID to count it.

So.... for the last several tries at 6 PM local, I have heard the Spanish music stop and then 5-10 seconds of dead air... which is where I assume the English ID is supposed to be... then Spanish and another song happens.

So, is there anyone out there near Salem Oregon that can verify that they don't ID at 6 PM?? Then again, perhaps they ID at a different time....

Any ideas??
