[IRCA] Solar conditions

Funny conditions tonight.  I'm camped on 640, which normally has nothing
definitive.  I'm hearing all sorts of stuff fading in and out.  Had an
Oldies station a few minutes ago.  Now I have WHLO with numerous IDs in a
promo. No sign of WWJZ which is good daytime on Cape Cod.

Sometimes the fade-in and fade-out is very quick, almost like meteor
scatter - which it isn't, of course.
