[IRCA] Alberta TPs for 19 December 2018

Still a good Asian morning, but another small step down today, especially on the lower end of the band. The North Koreans, and most of the Chinese signals disappeared today, but Japan heard on 1503 and 1593, which hadn't been the case the last two mornings.

Plus the regular Japanese on 594, 693, 747, 774, 828 at good to very good levels. The others had gone by then, but was able to hear the NHK s/off on 828.  Here in Alberta I only get a small window on the very shortest of days to hear their sign off.
