I was only able to listen after 1325 and none of the usual high-powered NHK signals were audible.
972 HLCA was good at 1326 and audible a varying levels until complete faded out at 1349 (LSR was 1335). The carrier was present until 1352. (The signal was fair on a barefoot ULR receiver at 1343.)
