[IRCA] 22 Nov Victoria version.

A slight improvement this morning, with a couple of Chinese, and a mystery on 1098, with a fair lift just after local sunrise.


pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least briefly):

774 JOUB English lessons 1432UT




Reasonable audio at  times during the period (much of it understandable by a native speaker, though often battling with splash or noise):

747 JOIB //774 1433UT

828 JOBB man in Japanese, scales on a violin 1523UT

972 HLCA man in Korean, another on phone 1524UT

1566 HLAZ likely with ballad 1532UT, Chinese man talking in background






not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be understood by a native speaker:

639 CNR1 man in Chinese //945 1424UT

873 JOGB //828 1445UT

954 JOKR two men in Japanese 1513UT

1098 unID relaxed talking man 1534UT, didn't sound Chinese, and not //CNR1 6145kHz;  no CNR11 parallels were available, and this signal was not parallel to the CNR11 webstream. 1422 man talking Japanese intonation and into pop music 1523UT



Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter)

 621  657 702  819 846 855 864 918 936   1134 1143 1242  1296 1323 1386   1494 1503 1557 1575 seemed to be Asian; 
 576  702  738 792  seemed  to be DU
