Rickââ..yeah thatâs what I thought tooâ.Maybe he was referring to the North/South Axis of Iowa. Davenport is sorta in the centre âbut of course on the Eastern Boundary. Whatever he meant âwho knows, but thatâs what he said! HAHAHAâ.
