[IRCA] slightly more TAs 31 Oct Victoria

Played back the files from last night's TAxtravaganza, as  tonight is just carriers.  The playback did yield a new one as well as a firm ID for 909 (dang BBC requires you to register now to listen to their webstream)

693 R. Five Live.  With the evil CBU-690 splatter mostly ruling the channel, there's usually not a chance for this, as CBU is within 25 degrees of the desired DX.  However, at 0427UT they drew breath for a few seconds, and R Five Live punched through (well, a bit) with a man talking //909 which fortunately was also delivering weak audio at the time.

819 shows promise for another opening, as there was perhaps Arabic sounding talk by man,  around 0317UT, so another target for Egypt.  At the moment 864 seems best.

1179 pop vocal 0426UT, poor; Romania logged here a few days ago.
