Re: [IRCA] Loggings for DXWW

So....when do you publish your logbook Neil? Sounds like a best seller to me.

Seriously, you inland people sometimes grab DX that escapes us on the coast. Nigel Pimblett has many loggings that I just dream about, and I don't have a great track record on the Aussie expanded band as you seem to have Neil.

Years ago, we did Beverage DXpeditions to Pembina Forks in the Rocky Mountain foothills (east side). I heard Zedders there that didn't surface at coastal DXpeditions for some while longer.

best wishes,

Nick

Huh, seriously, what's so good about getting Vision 1611 in IL with a TIS
on 1620 two miles away? Or 4RK 837, or 4QB/4QO 855? Or Tonga 1017, or
trace audio from R.Haanji 1674, or this morning trace audio from Magic 702?

Oh and re: 702 the carrier from Magic from Auckland is slightly higher in
frequency than the carrier from far more common ABC 702. There can be a
vicious fast SAH between the two of them and today was poor for Australia
as I just managed to drag up a bit of ABC 50 kW lowbanders. This in
contrast to Monday when for a while 2NR 738 was likely the best DU ever
here at at least 40 dB above the noise floor and great copy.

73 KAZ Barrington IL Perseus and 120 x 21 ft DKAZ west.
