[IRCA] TP 3 Oct Victoria version.



 Another "bound to have missed some things" morning.   One thing that was definitely missed (i.e., wasn't there) was Guam-801...amazing reception in Alberta...and just a carrier in BC.  

Mostly a Japanese morning.  There was a final bit of a Japanese opening after 1400UT, and things didn't really fade out until 1420UT.



pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least briefly):
