[IRCA] 936 and 1566 TA carriers

0500UT and afterwards had a wispy carrier on 1566, and a somewhat 
stronger one on 936,   The latter was about935.992kHz, pointing to 
Agadir.  Both were gone by 0540UT

Interesting to note after a K index of 5 a few hours before.
