[IRCA] Update

Hi9 All:

Some of you know I only have one eye. I just had surgery on that one, what they call DSAEK. That's a fancy way of saying a partial cornea transplant. So things are very blurry and will be for a couple months at least. But I do want to report the following;

1390, WMPO, Middleport-Pomeroy OH back on after at least three weeks off. Same AC format, but their signal is a lot better here, almost local, so I suspect they may have a new transmiter. So if you catch a Q94FM ID here, it's them.
