As Nick has reported, Taiwan Fisheries has started broadcasting in Indonesian and possibly other languages besides Chinese, Although I'm no expert on Indonesian, this recording of the station at 1337 UTC this morning on 738 kHz certainly wasn't in Mandarin. A trace of the same apparent speech was on 1143
