[IRCA] TP 4 Mar Victoria version

A bit more Asian today, with plenty of audio, and even more plentiful carriers, a number at near audio level.

pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least briefly):

567 JOIK man in Japanese 1440UT
594 JOAK man in Japanese 1410UT
693 JOAB man and woman in Japanese 1446UT
747 JOIB English lessons briefly this level 1409UT
774 JOUB English lessons 1433UT
828 JOBB woman in Japanese 14147 1414UT
1287 JOHR a commercial with two men and woman in frantic Japanese briefly at this level 1427UT

Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

603 HLSA ballad //558 1432UT
612 4QR man in DU English 1443UT
891 JOHK briefly at this level, man in Japanese éé567 1442UT
972 HLCA woman in Korean, man agreeing 1447UT

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be understood by a native speaker:

558 HLQB soft music //603 1438UT
666 JOBK man talking //594 1433UT
738 Taiwan Fisheries woman in Chinese 1428UT; ID'd just before, //1143
963 CRI rock vocals //1323 1421UT
1566 HLAZ man in Chinese 1406UT, but also 40 minutes after local sunrise with female vocal, then woman in Chinese 1529UT

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music)

594 3WV ABC fanfare 1400UT, well underneath JOAK
702 2BL man talking //612 1439UT
738 2NR man talking //612 1430UT; Taiwan here moments earlier
837 JOQK man talking //567 1425UT
864 man talking, Japanese intonation 1408UT
945 1422UT man and woman in Chinese?
954 man talking in 950 splash Japanese intonation 1432UT
1008 man talking, Japanese intonation 1420UT
1098 woman in Chinese?1431UT
1116 woman talking, DU English intonation 1441UT
1143 Taiwan Fisheries woman in Chinese //738 1427UT
1242 slow pop vocal 1521UT, likely JOLF? Practically the last man standing, but HLAZ came along a few minutes to take the title, as usual
1323 CRI rock vocals //963 1421UT

Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter)

 531 585 711 909 918 936 981 1053 1089 1107 1134  1179 1188  1206  1251  1269  1314  1332 1386 1422  1503 1575   seemed to be Asian;
531 549 621 675 846 855 seemed to be DU

best wishes,

Nick
