This may be a long shot, but I found this on the KQLX website, this facebook post, part of the same network??
Looks like a network change!

Anyone know why I would have heard KQLX programming on 1560 around
2300 UTC (1800 EST) today, including a "AgNews 890 is KQLX AM Lisbon-Fargo" ID? The real KQLX was also audible on 890, though not as loud as 1560.
