1017-Tonga has a lot more competition on the frequency here in Hawaii in December, compared to last April. In April you could tell right away whether it was broadcasting right up until around 1400, but in December the Asian TP's seem to start a massive onslaught as soon as their local sunset approaches. Tonga's programming was lost by about 0830 last night (apparently to Japan, and CRI's Korean). 


I don't know if last night's Asian bonanza is standard fare for mid-December Kona, but 1017-Tonga was toast after 0830.
