[IRCA] TP 6 Dec Victoria version

Despite geomagnetic upset, there were still Asiatics, though these ones tended to be strongest in the upper end of the band with a peak around 1530UT, about 20 minutes before local sunrise. There was a lull between 1440UT-1510UT approximately for Asians, but not much in the way of Aussies showed up today.
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least briefly):

Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise): 

594 JOAK last DX left standing 1553UT, man in Japanese
774 JOUB English lessons 1414UT; didn't come up to this during the pre-sunrise enhancement 
1503 JOUK woman singing 1534UT //594 which was quite a bit weaker
1566 HLAZ assumed, female vocal 1534UT
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be understood by a native speaker: 

828 JOBB "time trials" English lessons 1409 //774
1386 NHK2 man talking //747 at 1532UT, with 1386 the stronger
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music) 

612 man talking, DU English intonation 1507UT
693 JOAB  man talking //1386 1532UT
747 JOIB man talking 1445UT; English lessons?  ID'd later with //1386
828 3GI ABC fanfare 1500UT
972 man talking, language unclear in the splash, 1541UT; HLCA?
1287 man talking, Japanese intonation  1526UT
1323 woman talking 1531UT, difficult to tel, CRI?
1575 man mumbling 1535UT; no clues at 1530UT, unfortunately; VoA?
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter) 

 873  891 1017 1269  1359 1422 1557 1593 seemed to be Asian;
 1098  seemed to be DU
