[IRCA] TP 5 Dec Victoria version

Had to head off early this morning, so no time to live DX, but the 
NetSDR did its best, and it was a surprisingly Asiatic morning in 
spite of earlier dullness.  Strongest signals were around 1500UT.


pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, 
at least briefly):


747 JOIB vocal music //828 1456UT; this was the big gun this morning
828 JOBB  man talking, many mentions of Nagano-ken //774  1517UT




Reasonable audio  at  times during the period (much of it 
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

567 JOIK woman in Japanese //594 1455UT, better overall than 594 today
774 JOUB vocal music //747 1456UT




not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or 
noise could be understood by a native speaker:

972 HLCA man in Korean 1438UT; 980 splat quite bad today.




Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be 
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in 
talk or music)

558 HLQH  soft vocal music //603 1452UT
594 JOAK  vocal music //567 1451UT
603 HLSA soft vocal music //558 1452UT
702 NHK2 synchros; man and woman talking //747; touch of piano 1508UT
711 instrumental music 1502UT, likely Korea?
837 JOQK NHK instrumental theme //594 1512UT
873 JOGB pop music 1457UT //774
1242 man talking, Japanese intonation 1507UT
1287 sludgy pop vocal, then man talking over chimes of some sort, 1530UT; JOHR?

Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or 
ravaged by splatter)

 657 891 954 1422 seemed to be Asian;
702 1098  seemed to be DU
