[IRCA] TP 4 Dec Victoria version
Still delivering some Asiatic signals this morning, Tomorrow may be
another matter entirely. Except for HLAZ, there wasn't much
sunrise/post-sunrise enhancement.
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker,
at least briefly):
774 JOUB briefly at this level with English lessons 1408UT
Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):
747 JOIB 1459UT, choral singing, //774; pips on the hour.
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be understood by a native speaker:
567 JOIK woman in Japanese //594 1406UT
828 JOBB English lessons 1403UT
1566 HLAZ; woman in Chinese 1614UT
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music)
594 JOAK pips 1500UT, man talking; not amounting to much this morning
612 woman talking, DU English intonation 1421UT
693 JOAB English lessons struggling with CBU splash
972 man talking; Korean intonation seems likely 1509UT
1206 female vocal, briefly, 1431UT
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter)
603 702 891 918 936 1242 1287 1323 1503 1593 seemed to be Asian;
702 846 1098 seemed to be DU
