Steve, are you sure you weren't on 1467 instead? There is no jammer in the DPRK on 1476. That frequency is Sound of the Great Northern Wilderness in most of the area. 1467 is a powerful DPRK jammer, however. It often bleeds over onto 1476, but I can't imagine you'd get the local bleed-over from such a distance. However, Great Northern Wilderness has a decent deal of Korean-language programming. I can check if there is a new jammer on this frequency to block it, as it seems that was their intention with the 1584 jammer, also blocking this network's sister station with Korean, but it seems unlikely.

Very poor TP conditions lately, but this morning was better with a few 
heard with audio. After sunrise the mid/high band had many hets come up, 
with quite a few close to audio for about 10 minutes. Sunrise 1409 utc.

774 Japan best at 1353 utc with EE lessons, very poor/poor

972 S Korea 1355 utc very poor talk

1476 N Korea jammer noted 1410 utc (CW mode with its buzzy sound)

1566 S Korea HLAZ 1434 utc best with brief fadeup to poor (sync det) 
male talk

1566 N Korea jammer noted under HLAZ het now and then 1411 utc; fading 
after 1440 utc

1575 VOA assumed, traces of talk 1422 utc

1593 China 1423 utc very poor talk
