Except for 1566 HLAZ little else heard this morning. But HLAZ was at
good level (sync det) several times, sometimes for several minutes at a
time around 1323 utc. High band seemed to be more active with many hets.
Nothing for expanded band today.
972 S Korea 1348 utc talk very poor/poor; 1400 utc pips and chime, talk
very poor
1134 Japan? 1400 utc chime faint/very poor
1413 China? 1400 utc chime ("C" note) very poor
1566 S Korea HLAZ 1323 utc male talk poor/weak (sync det)
1593 Japan 1400 utc chime ("A" note) very poor; 1403 talk very poor
