Re: [IRCA] CO TP Report 9-5-17



On the west coast, in Victoria, I  monitored from between 12:30 to 13:20
UTC.  Reception was pretty decent in the lower half of the band, and
totally DU.  Winner was 774 from Australia, often at very good levels.  The
upper half of the band was dead, though, although 1566 did come to  life
just before I stopped listening (my computer rebooted!).  Overall, very
