Yes, indeed the ballot is in the latest bulletin. You can either mail it
in  (snail mail) to Ray, or just e mail Ray and vote.

I would like to ask for your vote for Seaside, as this is the first time
an IRCA convention has ever been in a small town free of traffic and
noise. I am your host and look forward meeting everyone.
