As zapped to the <ultralight> group, 99.9% probability as More FM from 
Alexandra.  The sheila (oops, female) is peddling winter boots from 
Shoes Unlimited, a chain trading on both sides of The Ditch.

She provides a web address towards the end as 
<shoes-unlimited-dot-co-dot-enn-zed> though there's a puzzling apparent 
mention of a store location in Cromwell before that, which the chain 
doesn't admit to on-line.
