[IRCA] TP 31 July Victoria version
Not an particularly interesting morning...
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker,
at least briefly):
no
Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):
no
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be understood by a native speaker:
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music)
594 3WV woman talking, sounding like DU English 1156UT. Pips and
fanfare weakly heard on the hour, but sounded like JOAK's pips were
riding along too
756 woman talking, DU English inflection 1231UT; NZ likely
1386 woman talking, too much splat to guess at language 1241UT; also likely NZ?
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter)
594 747 774 972 1287 seemed to be Asian;
612 675 702 963 1098 seemed to be DU
best wishes,
Nick
