Can you tell me if there is a web site which lists SNR affiliate stations? If so, what is it please?

Yes there is a SPORTING NEWS RADIO network according to Chris below (Thank you, Chris!).
Bill Harms asked if this ["SNR"] was airing over WNCT-1070 Greenville (NC) on the evening of 11/18/05.
On the following evening in question (11/19/05), WNCT-1070 was carrying PIRATES SPORTS RADIO NETWORK, so it appears to have preempted SNR because
PIRATE SPORTS RADIO NETWORK has primary rights to WNCT-1070 along with many other North Carolina station.
That's how I understand it.
