[IRCA] TP 29 Jun Victoria version
A couple of Asian carriers, otherwise all DU (and quite a few, with
several near audio, but not quite), and tending towards New
Zealand. Fade outs of the DU's were later than has recently been the case.
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker,
at least briefly):
no
Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):
no
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be understood by a native speaker:
no
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music)
756 woman talking, DU English inflection 1210UT; also noted with
lively music 1230UT
774 man talking DU English inflection 1211UT
909 quiet instrumental music; likely NZ's Star, 1225UT
1008 man talking, DU English inflection 1202UT
1386 woman talking, then man, 1231UT, through ugly 1380 splash, too
heavy to gauge language, except to say faster than usual DU
English. Tarana likely?
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter)
1242 1287 seemed to be Asian;
603 765 837 855 882 891 963 1098 1107 1116 1179 1548 seemed to be DU
best wishes,
Nick
