[IRCA] In Praise of 540

At 2304 EST tonight, I noticed the Venezuelan anthem being played on 540.
Since they're the only Venezuelan on this frequency, this had to be YVOY, 
R. Perija, Villa del Rosario.  Most (maybe all) Venezuelan stations play 
the anthem at or near 0400 UTC, so this is a good time to look for them.

I have a particular affection for 540, since it has provided by far the 
most diverse collection of stations of any MW channel here.  The 16 
stations I have logged on 540 are in 9 different countries!  They are:
Canada (4 provinces), USA (5 states), Mexico, Colombia, Cuba, Dominican 
Republic, Nicaragua, Ecuador, and Venezuela.  It looks like getting
country #10 could be quite difficult, though...
