A big recovery today.  Mostly Asia, between 1230 and a little after 
1300UT; couple of Aussies too.



pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, 
at least briefly):

594 JOAK man and woman in Japanese 1247UT
747 JOIB man in Japanese 1240UT
774 JOUB man in Japanese 1245UT
828 JOBB English lessons 1304UT "burns secret documents" one of the 
phrases on offer





Reasonable audio  at  times during the period (much of it 
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

567 JOIK woman singing //594 1239UT
891 JOHK man in Japanese 1255UT; dominant even in LSB, though of 
course with a het
954 JOKR two men in Japanese 1252UT
972 HLCA man in Korean to woman on phone 1226UT
1242 JOLF two women in Japanese 1311UT
1566 HLAZ woman in Japanese 1257UT


not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or 
noise could be understood by a native speaker:

1053 JOAR? male oriental vocal music, quite traditional sounding 
1249-50UT, faded before any talk
1287 JOHR two men in Japanese 1311-2UT





Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be 
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in 
talk or music)

693 JOAB few words slipping through 690 splash, //774 1243UT
774 3LO man talking //612, way under JOUB 1247UT
792 man talking, DU English inflection 1246UT

Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or 
ravaged by splatter)

1323 1422 1503  1593    seemed to be Asian;
702  846 1098 also seemed DU at times
