[IRCA] TP 11 April Victoria version

Again, mostly Asia, Japan specifically, though one surprise DU. and one Chinese as well. Roughly 1300-1315UT was the most lively period.

pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least briefly):

747 JOIB English lessons 1311UT
774 JOUB English lessons 1245UT, "making life easier", but faded before I could discover the secret
972 HLCA woman in Korean 1309UT
1566 HLAZ man in Japanese 1255UT

Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

594 JOAK man in Japanese 1309UT
828 JOBB English lessons 1303UT
1548 4QD man talking, DU English, fairly quick fade up 1316UT

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be understood by a native speaker:

567 JOIK man and woman in Japanese 1301UT
873 JOGB English lessons 1302UT
891 JOHK man and woman in Japanese 1301UT
1287 JOHR woman in Japanese 1321UT

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music)

585 JOPG woman and man talking //594 1303UT
702 NHK2 English lessons 1307UT, easily recognizable
981 CNR1 man talking, Chinese inflection; CNR news sounders clinched it 1302UT
1206 woman, Korean inflection, talking over music,
1386 NHK2, pretty marginal, but recognizable English lessons //774 1311UT
1422 man talking; too much splash to guess language, likely Japanese? 1308UT
1503 JOUK man in Japanese //594 1310UT

Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter)

 603 873 954  1053 1134 1161 1269  1323    seemed to be Asian;
1098 seemed DU

best wishes,

Nick
