Conditions continue to be fairly vile at Gabriola.....once again, a few
Japanese commercial stations popped up around 1400UT, then silence, except
for the assumed Marshalls carrier on 1098.

Mildly better than yesterday....but probably not enough reason to get out
the wet string just yet.
