[IRCA] TP 9 Mar Victoria version

Further deterioration? Mostly big guns, and the party pretty much over by 1400UT. Oddly, there was a small post sunrise "peak" in the 1540UT-1600UT time period.

pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least briefly):

594 JOAK man in Japanese 1258UT; still around but very weak with man talking and pips at 1600UT 828 JOBB Korean lessons 1305UT; the music box chimes crept through at 1541UT an hour after local sunrise

Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

774 JOUB Korean lessons 1305UT; definite music box chimes at 1540UT, though not loud by any means.

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be understood by a native speaker:

747 JOIB man in Japanese 1318UT ; still traces of music box at 1543UT
1566 HLAZ peaked at end of Japanese program 1342UT, enough to tease out FEBC, HLAZeto, nihongo etc.

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music)

567 JOIK man talking //594 1300UT, pips. Very weak pips heard at 1600UT also
693 JOAB woman talking //774 1301UT
873 JOGB pips and music to start Korean lessons, 1300UT
891 JOHK man talking //594 1338UT
972 slow male vocal 1305UT

Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter)

603 702 864 954 1053 1089 1134 1242 1287 1422 seemed to be Asian; 612 1098 1611 likely DU?

best wishes,

Nick
