WNCT-1070 was running something like either -23 or +24 Hz months back.
E-mail to the CE did nothing.
Maybe this is the one you're hearing. I'll try to check
tonight.
Appears to be building new 50/10 kW CP and all absorbed in the project.
Would probably have to send a big cow to *Papa Echo Echo on their flat
rock to catch their attention. *[new type of
sonar].
