[IRCA] Oklahoma TP DX 2/28/17

I have little to report from this morning's DX session (LSR 1301 GMT). It appeared propagation favored the upper portion of the MW band.
774 kHz unID (most likely JOUB) with an inaudible signal at 1217-1221.
1386 unID (JOQR?), traces of a signal in KCRC-1390 splatter at 1222-1226.
1422 unID (JORF?) a carrier (het) at 1249-1255.
1503 unID (JOUK?) weak trace of signal at 1237.
1566 HLAZ with barely audible traces of signal in XERF-1570 splatter from 1243 until 1309; a few seconds of barely audible JJ talk at 1259.
