Re: [IRCA] 1593-CNR1 Monster Signal This Morning

Hi Colin,

<<< And these are the beasties that you will take to Hawaii? >>>

Well, the plan is to sneak two of these FSL's into Kona somehow, maybe by keeping some parts disassembled inside a suitcase for assembly in the motel? It would be fun to investigate two priority DU-DX frequencies at that forward location with gain antennas, especially ones like 621 and 1440, which are pretty much wiped out by Oregon stations during ocean cliff DXpeditions.

<<< I need to put up a Flag soon -- feels like there could be some TP DX happening in spurts. >>>

Sometimes (like this morning) there are some interesting signals, Colin, but February TP-DX is pretty unpredictable from day to day

And these are the beasties that you will take to Hawaii?

I need to put up a Flag soon -- feels like there could be some TP DX happening in spurts.

Currently using an 80-10 end fed for HF ham yakking...
