Yes, phasing two FSL's together this way to provide cumulative gain really does boost up TP signals, but like all FSL operations the tuning adjustments are razor-sharp, and some practice is needed to become skillful. As you probably know already (from tracking down Australian DU's in Oklahoma) there is a learning curve involved in FSL tuning, and there is another "learning curve" involved to master this cumulative gain system.
