[IRCA] TP 8 Feb Victoria version
Mostly an underpowered DU morning
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker,
at least briefly):
not today
Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):
no
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be understood by a native speaker:
and no
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music)
612 woman in studio, man on phone, 1524UT, much better on west Flag,
sounded DU English, so likely 4QR
702 2BL man talking DU English inflection //738 at 1318UT
738 2NR man talking //702 and lagging slight 1318UT
756 man mumbling in a DU English sort of way 1511UT
1566 woman talking 1520UT, better on north Flag so assumed HLAZ
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter)
594 747 774 1422 seemed to be Asian; 567 882 909 1098 likely DU
best wishes,
Nick
