[IRCA] TP 6 Feb Victoria version
In contrast to yesterday, that was a quiet sounding morning that
mostly stayed quiet on second listening. If it wasn't for sunrise
enhancement there would have been very little to note.
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker,
at least briefly):
594 JOAK man in Japanese 1502-4UT, woman in Japanese 1532UT
Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):
774 JOUB man in Japanese 1533UT, faded down by 1539UT when a nearly
imaginary "JOUB" was heard just before anthem
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be understood by a native speaker:
the above, passing through
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music)
567 JOIK woman talking //594 1523UT; western operatic singing //594 1528UT
747 JOIB man talking, //828 1529UT
828 JOBB man talking, //747 1529UT
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter)
639 891 954 1323 1386 seemed to be Asian; 1098 1116 likely DU
best wishes,
Nick
