Didn't see a report from Richard, or maybe IRCA is slow getting mail out
this evening as not seeing any posts. At any rate, about the same as
last night (nice to have better conditions). 162 data warble strong at
0144 utc. 171 and 252 both with fair talk same time; again at 0256 utc
(but 162 gone then).
